FNCS C2 Season 8 Twitch Drops: How to unlock

Fortnite Champion Series Chapter 2 Season 8 finals are starting this October, and there will be plenty of top tier matches for all of you Fortnite esports fans.

And if watching the absolute best teams and players in the world is not a good enough reason for you to tune into FNCS C2 Season 8, then the latest batch of Fornite Twitch Drops is surely a great motivation to catch at least some of the action.

Here's how you can earn these Twitch Drops.

How to unlock FNCS C2 Season 8 Twitch Drops

In order to unlock this season's Twitch Drops, all you need to do is to tune in to the official broadcast of FNCS C2 Season 8 on any of the officially supported Twitch channels:

• English coverage
• French coverage
• German coverage
• Spanish coverage
• Portuguese coverage
• Japanese coverage

All you need to do is to watch any FNCS match, and you will get your rewards. You can track your progress towards earning drops in your Twitch Drops Inventory.

What are FNCS C2 Season 8 Twitch Drops rewards?

For this season, Epic Games has prepared a set of four rewards, including the FNCS 2:8 animated Emoticon, FNCS Spirit Spray, Combat Cubed Loading Screen, and the Foam Finger Back Bling with the purple style variant. 

Epic didn't specify if all rewards will be unlocked immediately or if they will be separate drops, but you can check that in your Twitch Drops Inventory, where you will see progress for each of these items.

How to connect Epic Games and Twitch accounts

In order to get these rewards, be sure to link your Epic account and Twitch account.

1. Go to the Epic Games connections page
2. Click on a big blue "Connect" button below the Twitch icon
3. Click on a "Link account" button

And that's it; you are all set and ready to unlock your FNCS C2 Season 8 Twitch Drops. While we advise you to connect your accounts as soon as possible, you will have up to 14 days to connect Epic Games and Twitch accounts once you get rewards in your Twitch Drops Inventory. After 14 days, your drops will expire, and you will not be able to redeem them.
