Rune Factory 5 is the latest installment from Japanese developers Hakama to the popular Rune Factory franchise. Initially launched in Japan on the Nintendo Switch in 2021 before expanding to North American markets this year, publisher XSEED Games confirmed that the Rune Factory 5 would finally be heading to PC.

Rune Factory 5 - Release Date And Price 

Rune Factory 5 will release for Microsoft Windows PC globally on 13th July 2022 via Steam, retailing for $59.99. According to the developer's official press release, the PC port will include visual updates and new customization options for the platform.

The developers are currently running a special 15%-off pre-purchase promotion until 13th July 2022, meaning players can get Rune Factory 5 for $50.99. This promotion extends to the Nintendo Store for the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

Players can also pre-purchase Rune Factory 5 Digital Deluxe Edition, featuring 13 exclusive outfits inspired by the marriage candidates of Rune Factory 4, available via Steam for $69.99 with the same discounts as the standard edition.

Rune Factory 5 is a fantasy RPG simulation where players start as the newest ranger of a peacekeeping organization called SEED. They must then work together to protect their community from rowdy monsters invading Rigbarth. Finally, players will embark on special missions while cultivating their farms, making new friends, and unraveling rune-related mysteries.
