With the most recent update for Dave The Diver, a lot of new content was added including new crustaceans that are now available to catch and turn into sushi, giving players more to do.

On top of that, there is a new Wandering Trader that will enable players to serve better sushi. You'll need the right equipment to get the new crustaceans, including the new Golden Crab. There's only one spot to find the Golden King Crab and we go over that below.

First, players will need to ensure that they have Update 2 downloaded. Then, finding the Golden King Crab is easy as it is only found in the Glacial Area. Once players enter the Glacial Area, they can go down to the right and there should be one there.

But if there are no Golden King Crabs in the immediate area, players might have to hunt around for them. They could be standing on any given surface in the Glacial Area. They won't be swimming or hiding so players won't have to guess where they are. So long as they understand the layout of the Glacial Area pretty well, finding the Golden King Crab is easy.

How To Catch A 3-Star Golden King Crab

Golden King Crabs will require a special tool to catch a 3-star variant. Normally, players can simply drop a rock on them to catch them, but that will only net a 1-star catch. To get a 3-star catch, players will have to use a Steel Net Gun to do so. This is the final upgrade for the Net Gun.

To build a Steel Net Gun, players will need to purchase a Steel Rope from the Blacksmith in the Sea People Village. Once they do that, the rest of the components for the Steel Net gun can be found in other areas of the game.
