A lot of games were released in 2023, and Baldur's Gate 3 is arguably one of the biggest games to release this year. In many reviews that this game received, a majority of the reviews gave the game a perfect score. It is one of the most popular games that was released in 2023 and that is despite the fact that it was only released on PC.

Although it was initially released only on PC, that does not mean it will stay that way forever. Baldur's Gate 3 is making its way to the PlayStation 5 as well. We also know for a fact that Baldur's Gate 3 will also make its way to Xbox consoles in a few short months. Here, we have a countdown of when Baldur's Gate 3 will launch on Xbox.

Right now, there is no exact release date for Baldur's Gate 3 for Xbox. All that we know at the moment is that Baldur's Gate 3 will be released on Xbox consoles before the end of 2023. With that in mind, here is the expected countdown for when Baldur's Gate 3 should come out on Xbox consoles:

We have confirmation that Xbox consoles will get Baldur's Gate 3 before the end of 2023, so it is just a matter of time before we get an official release date for Baldur's Gate 3. Is Baldur's Gate 3 Coming Out On Xbox One?

Unfortunately, Baldur's Gate 3 will not be making its way to the Xbox One. From what we understand, Baldur's Gate 3 is a game that requires a very high-performing console or PC to run on, so it will not work on the Xbox One. That is why Baldur's Gate 3 will also not make its way to the PlayStation 4 as well.

One of the main reasons why Baldur's Gate 3 is not releasing on Xbox consoles sooner is because of the technical difficulties both Xbox and Larian Studios are having. So if they are having trouble running Baldur's Gate 3 on current-gen Xbox consoles, it will likely not work on previous generation consoles.
