To put it simply, content creators and streamers do not have priority in Call of Duty matchmaking. No matter the audience size that a streamer or content creator has, there is no way for them to get into Call of Duty games faster.

From what Activision has stated, all accounts are treated the same. It does not matter who owns the account, they will have the same priority in Call of Duty matchmaking as any other player.

No, Activision has made no indication that content creators will have priority in the future. This will keep the game balance fair as it will not impact the vast majority of players who are not content creators.

However, special games or events, such as Call of Duty Next, will have different matchmaking. But that will have zero impact on the general matchmaking as these are private games rather than public ones.
