In China at the Perfect World Shanghai Major, in front of a roaring crowd at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, Counter-Strike history was made as Team Spirit’s young rifling prodigy, Danil “⁠donk⁠” Kryshkovets, put up a record-breaking performance.

So, let’s cut to the chase right now! Danil “⁠donk⁠” Kryshkovets, at the age of 17 years and 11 months (his birthday is 25 January 2007), was awarded the MVP title when Team Spirit won the Perfect World Shanghai Major with a 2-1 against FaZe Clan.

Previously, the youngest Major Championship MVP was Markus “⁠Kjaerbye⁠” Kjærbye at the age of 18 years and 7 months. This makes Danil “⁠donk⁠” Kryshkovets the youngest MVP in history.
