Ex-DreamEaters signed by HARD LEGION

The Russian lineup left DreamEaters last week following internal disputes with the organisation and have found a new home already as a debut roster for HARD LEGION.
Ex-DreamEaters signed by HARD LEGION

Under the DreamEaters organisation, the team managed a solid run at the StarLadder Berlin Major 2019. Having scraped their way into the tourney through the Minors' 3rd Place Play-In, many predicted a quick 0-3 for DreamEaters. Against all odds, they beat NRG Esports and Team Vitality in their 3-2 run through the New Challenger Stage.

While the team's journey ended 0-3 in the New Legends Stage thanks to Astralis, Natus Vincere and Renegades, stock in the CIS team had risen considerably and the players were invited directly into the FPL Circuit as a result.

As Na'Vi were looking to replace veteran IGL Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko by the end of the year, DreamEaters put out a Tweet declaring that they 'won't give anyone' to the organisation and when pushed by journalist Jarek "DeKay" Lewis to clarify what they meant, claimed the buyouts were '$900,000,000 for players and $9,999,999,999 for our coach.'

Unsurprisingly, the players left DreamEaters earlier this month following a statement detailing salary delays from their former organisation. This decision was accelerated by DreamEaters removing coach of almost one year Aleksandr "zoneR" Bogatiryev against the wishes of the roster and in contradiction to their own praise.

HARD LEGION also bring zoneR back to coach the team.

This signing is controversial as Russian professional player Tatyana "Sindi" Gracheva has been announced as the CEO. Sindi was previously caught repeatedly using racial slurs during a match in response to 'trolling' and her response was not an apology but Tweets saying 'anyway everyone will say that I'm wrong', that another player was responsible for causing her to lash out and she 'had to use that word to shut his mouth'.

The first ever HARD LEGION roster going forward is as follows:

  • Anton "speed4k" Titov
  • Semyon "kinqie" Lisitsyn
  • Vladislav "Krad" Kravchenko
  • Igor "Forester" Bezotecheskiy
  • Svyatoslav "svyat" Dovbakh
  • Aleksandr "zoneR" Bogatiryev (coach)
