Epic Games Store MEGA Sale is live, and you can grab a ton of popular games at discounted prices. In addition to this, the store will also be offering popular games for free every week, and the Mystery Game for this week is Death Stranding Standard Edition.

It is a critically acclaimed game set in set in an apocalyptic United States, where you will embark on a journey to reconnect the shattered world one step at a time. Death Stranding has won various awards, and Kojima Productions will also be releasing Death Stranding 2 soon.

Here is how you can get Death Stranding for free from Epic Games Store.

You can follow a few simple steps listed below to claim Death Stranding for free from Epic Games Store.

  1. Go to Epic Games Store's website or download Epic Games Launcher and launch it.
  2. Log in with your Epic Games account, and if you don't have one, sign up for it. Make sure to enable Two-Factor Authentication via Email, SMS, or the Authenticator App.
  3. Now, on the home page, you will find, you will find Death Stranding listed under Free Games. You can also manually search for the game in the search bar.
  4. Click on it, and you will be taken to the next page. Hit on the Get button and place the order to get the game for free.
  5. Now, go to the Library in the Epic Games Launcher and find Death Stranding there. 
  6. Click on the Install button to download it for free and enjoy playing it.

One thing that you need to keep in mind is that it will be available to claim for free till May 25, so make sure to get it before the time gets over.

There will be more games that will be available for free on Epic Games Store during the sale, and the next Mystery Games will be revealed on May 25 after Death Stranding leaves the Free Games section.
