Best Destiny 2 Seasonal Weapons To Craft Before Lightfall

Here are the best Destiny 2 year 5 seasonal weapons you should craft before the Lightfall expansion arrives.
Best Destiny 2 Seasonal Weapons To Craft Before Lightfall

The Witch Queen expansion introduced weapon crafting in Destiny 2. Since its release, hunting for weapon patterns and crafting god rolls has become one of the most crucial aspects of build crafting in Bungie's looter-shooter.

Soon, Destiny 2 will enter its sixth year with the launch of the Lightfall expansion, and all of the year five seasonal content, including weapons and gear, will be removed. Before that happens, however, here are some of the best Destiny 2 seasonal weapons you should craft before Lightfall arrives.

Best Destiny 2 Seasonal Weapons To Craft Before Lightfall

Below are six Destiny 2 year 5 seasonal weapons that we think you should craft before they are removed.

Explosive Personality

Explosive Personality is a Solar Grenade launcher introduced in Season of the Risen. The origin trait, Land Tank, when combined with perks like Feeding Frenzy and Golden Tricorn, makes it an absolute beast of a weapon, especially for Dungeons and Raids.

Thoughtless

Thoughtless is a great pick if you want to take out bosses with a Sniper Rifle. (Picture: Bungie)

Thoughtless is a one-of-a-kind Kinetic Stasis Sniper Rifle introduced in Season of the Risen. The origin trait, Land Tank, when combined with perks like Overflow and Focused Fury makes it particularly useful in taking out bosses in end-game PvE activities.

Bump In The Night

Bump In The Night is a Stasis Rocket Launcher introduced in Season of the Haunted. The origin trait, Extrovert, when coupled with perks like Vorpal Weapon and Frenzy, in addition to the Font of Might mod, makes it a great option for clearing crowds as well as bosses in any PvE activity.

Calus-Mini Tool

Calus-Mini Tool is a Solar SMG introduced in Season of the Haunted. It's one of the best SMGs in Destiny 2 right now. Period. And that includes both PvP and PvE activities.
The origin trait, To Excess, when combined with perks like Unrelenting and Incandescent, makes it a must for any PvE activity, whether you're running a Solar build or not.

Sailspy Pitchglass

This Season of the Plunder Arc Linear Fusion Rifle can have the Voltshot perk. (Picture: Bungie)

Saispy Pitchglass is an Arc Linear Fusion Rifle introduced in Season of the Plunder. Arc Linear Fusion Rifles in Destiny 2 are a rare sight, with the exception of Stormchaser that's obtainable only via the Duality Dungeon.
However, Saispy Pitchglass stands out because of the Voltshot and is much easier to obtain and craft than Stormchaser. Voltshot, when combined with the origin trait, The Right Hook, and perks like Rapid Hit, makes it an easy pick for any PvE activity, especially since Linear Fusion Rifles are the meta right now.

Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3

The Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3 is the only SMG to roll with the Voltshot perk. (Picture: Bungie)

If you have time to craft only a single weapon before Lightfall, then Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3 should be your pick. Introduced in Season of the Seraph, Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3 is the first SMG to roll with the Voltshot perk. Voltshot plus Rasputin's Trait plus Feeding Frenzy makes Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.3 an absolute behemoth in any PvE activity, whether it's Dungeon, Raids, or any seasonal activities.

And these are the best Destiny 2 seasonal weapons that we think you should craft before the Lightfall expansion arrives.
