There is a lot to unpack in this latest announcement including a detailed roadmap, over 30 new weapons, and much more. There is also the much loved Season Pass aka battle pass with 100 tiers of rewards which includes seasonal gear & armor, challenges, and brand new artifacts & mods.
Here is the lowdown on Season of the Splicer's battle pass.
When does the Season of the Splicer battle pass come out?
Released alongside the start of Season of the Splicer, the battle pass comes out on the 11th of May.
It will end on 24th August.
Season of the Splicer battle pass - All tiers
There are 100 tiers in all, with both a paid and free track.
How much does the battle pass cost?
The Season of the Splicer battle pass should cost 1,000 Silver or approx. US$10, based on the previous passes pricing.
There is both a free and paid track, Bungie have provided details on what both contain with a helpful infographic.
As you can see, to get the most out of Season of the Splicer you are best opting for accompanying Season Pass, though to be fair to Bungie there is a fair bit of free stuff on offer too, though not the instant unlock of the new Exotic pistol, the Cryosthesia 77k.
