The only way to get Rose Hand Cannon in Destiny 2 Season 19 is by completing the Competitive Division intro quest known as Dividing the Ladder. The quest serves as an introductory challenge for the reworked competitive multiplayer mode.

To activate the quest, speak to Lord Shaxx, located in the Tower. Once the quest is activated, you must complete a match in the Competitive playlist, which can now be found under the Crucible tab.

The next step is to successfully complete seven matches in the Competitive playlist. For this step, we highly recommend playing the Freelance Competitive playlist. After playing seven matches, you will earn several Triumphs and obtain a competitive rank.
