Destiny 2 Spire of the Watcher Dungeon Loot Table

Howdy, Partner, and welcome to the Spire of the Watcher Dungeon in Destiny 2! This is the one you’ve heard mighty tall tales of: A Destiny Dungeon with Cowboy armor? You’ve heard right! On top of some fantastic armor, Spire of the Watcher also has four brand new Tex Mechanica-themed legendary weapons, two reprised Seventh Seraph Legendary weapons, and an Exotic Bow for y’all to collect.

Released as a part of The Witch Queen Dungeon Key, Spire’s been in the game just long enough to earn its saddle on the Weekly Featured Raid and Dungeon Rotation. To celebrate, we’re going to take a look at where all of the great weapons and yee-haw armor can drop from in Spire of the Watcher. Let’s rodeo, Cowpoke! 

Destiny 2 Spire of the Watcher Dungeon Overview

Much like the more recent Ghosts of the Deep Dungeon, Spire of the Watcher has three lootable encounters. These all share the same basic mechanic in the powerlines mechanic, but Spire does do a well enough job of adding little tweaks to each encounter to help keep it from feeling totally repetitive as it could. 

Spire of the Watcher brings a new Exotic Solar Bow, the Hierarchy of Needs! This bow has some really fun perks and getting your hands on it is just worth it enough to deal with the frustrating droves of Supplicants in the final boss fight. There are a few Triumphs that you can knock out to get a better drop chance at the Bow, so make sure you’re keeping track of what you need to do!

Strap into your boots, partner, and get to climbin’! After you’ve made your way to the top and defeated the mega-Harpy Akelous, The Siren, you’ll get your first chance at some loot! Look out for the lever-action Scout Rifle, Long Arm! It’s a fun addition to any Cowboy’s giddup. This encounter can also drop the Helmet, which is what the Titans and Warlocks are gonna want for their Cowboy Cosplays! 

Descent Encounter Loot

Congrats on making it all the way up to the top, Partner! Now, let’s head back down but inside it this time. This fast-paced, frenetic encounter is fun and silly, and provides you a chance at the Seventh Seraph Hand Cannon, and the Class Item, which is how a Hunter can start to really look like what you and I might call a Sheriff!

Persys, Primordial Ruin Encounter Loot

Here we are Guardian, one of the more frustrating Dungeon Bosses in the game. Keep an eye out for Supplicants and don’t stop moving. Once you’ve made your way through this desert of fun, you’ll land in a chance for some new drops as well as anything else that could have dropped previously. Remember, knock out those Triumphs for a better chance at grabbing the Exotic Bow! 

Bonus: Spire of the Watcher Dungeon Secret Hidden Chests

Spire of the Watcher has two secret chests in its short run time. The first is before you get to the first encounter with loot, just behind a pillar in the short jumping puzzle. Once you get to the first catwalk and have to jump up to the walkway above you, instead of continuing on, turn around and to the opposite direction of where you’re meant to go. Jump around the first pillar and behind the second pillar you come to, you’ll find the first chest. 

The second chest is just before the end of the Decent encounter. Once you get into the room where the Wyvern will spawn and you have to drop down to get into the boss room, there is a vent under one of the sets of stairs in the room. Shoot the vent’s cover and head inside. The chest will be at the end of that small hallway. Make sure to go in one at a time, though, two Guardians can’t pass by each other in that little claustrophobic air duct.
