Dying Light 2 server status - Online not working

If Dying Light 2 online is not working for you, you should know that this issue is plaguing numerous players since the game's release, and here's how to check the Dying Light 2 server status.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is designed as a huge narrative single-player game with over 500 hours of content in the campaign, but that doesn't mean that you can not play this game with your friends.

Just like the original Dying Light from 2015, Dying Light 2 boasts a seamless co-op experience for up to four players.

Any player can become a host at any point during his single-player playthrough and open up his game for friends or other players online. Then, other players can simply jump into his session with their characters and go into action together with an appropriately scaled level of difficulty, a bigger number of enemies, and separate loot for each player.

On top of that, when you leave a co-op playthrough, you keep all the progress and gear you earned during that session and can continue playing solo from there.

It seems fun and intuitive, but unfortunately, the co-op feature has been plagued with issues since Dying Light 2's launch.

How to check Dying Light 2 server status?

At its core, Dying Light 2 is an incredibly fun and engaging experience, but due to the sheer volume of the game, it has launched with literally thousands of bugs and issues.

Some are less severe, but there are quite a lot of them that are making the game borderline unplayable and even several that are outright breaking the game and corrupting save files.

Among these numerous issues, one of the most irritating for those who have planned to play the game with friends during the launch weekend is the fact that co-op is not working.

Players are trying to play online with friends only to get the "Network Disconnected" error message over and over again.

Unfortunately, the issue has nothing to do with players, as the problem is of technical nature and it is up to the developers to fix it as soon as possible.

Dying Light 2 servers are currently experiencing a myriad of problems and the game is failing to work properly online, but developers have promised that fixing Dying Light 2 online play is one of their top priorities.

We don't know when exactly will these fixes be deployed but the best way to stay informed about the server status of Dying Light 2 is to actively follow the official Dying Light 2 Twitter account.

That's all we can currently say about the Dying Light 2 online server status, but we will make sure to update the article as soon as there's more information on the topic.
