Cloud9 first announced their partnership with Puma at the start of 2019 ahead of the LCS Spring Split, declaring the brand with the iconic big cat now featured on all C9 jerseys.
In the reveal video for this new line of clothing, we see various players from Cloud9's broad range of teams and franchises in some of the items pulling their hood up at a busy bar, getting pursued by white coat scientists and Jack Etienne himself driving a bus through a desert to name just a few of the scenes in the 90 second clip posted to social media.
The new Fall-Winter 2019 C9 x Puma Edition 1 collection features a variety of t-shirts, hoodies, track jackets, jogging bottoms and leggings. Each item once again has different members of C9 modelling the attire including CS:GO in-game leader Damian "daps" Steele, bot laner for C9 LoL Zachary "Sneaky" Scuderi and Smash Melee legend Joseph "Mango" Marquez, who recently won the Melee singles at The Big House 9.
This release comes a week after Cloud9 announced a partnership with We Are Nations to help provide C9's European fanbase with acccess to merchandise without having to pay huge shipping costs or incur additional cost in fees or taxes.
As C9 prepares to play in Group A in the Group Stage of the 2019 World Championship, the pinnacle of LoL esports competition that sees all regions meet, this will allow fans in Europe to attend Worlds representing their favourite organisation or feel like they're part of the team from home in the latest Cloud9 merchandise.
