There are a couple of different reasons why you would want to hunt down Nuka-Grape over other flavors of Nuka-Cola. For starters, it is a pretty fast and easy healing item. You will recover 150 HP and 50 AP as well.

On top of that, Nuka-Grape will remove 400 points of radiation from you. That is a huge amount of radiation healing, as the normal RadAway only removes 300 points of rads off of you. If you are looking for an item that gives you a nice bit of healing on top of removing radiation from you, Nuka-Grape is the way to go.
