Unlock one of the most dominant and explosive weapons in Far Cry 6.
How to unlock the Rocket Launcher in Far Cry 6

A staple of any Far Cry title is the ability to blow people, structures and more up in the blink of an eye. Far Cry 6 is no different, thanks to the new Supremo weapon and other weapons of the like. However, some players still prefer the classic way to send enemies flying and that’s through the trusty Rocket Launcher.

The Rocket Launcher has a long history in the Far Cry games and it makes a return in Yara. Although, some players are finding it difficult to unlock the weapon they’ve had so much success with in previous games.

This guide will show players exactly what they need to do in order to acquire the Rocket Launcher in Far Cry 6.

In Far Cry 6, there are a wide variety of Rocket Launchers that you can unlock for use in Yara. For this guide, we’ll be going over how to unlock the very first one that you’re able to, this way you’ll always have the option to use one regardless if you find anymore throughout your journey.

The Rocket Launcher in question is named “La Guaracha.” It can be found in the Valle de Oro region, in a town named Segunda. This town is overrun by Yara’s militia and you’ll need to make your way through the various enemies that guard the location.

Once you do, you can access a large brown door. Inside of the door, you’ll find a weapon crate that holds the Rank 2 La Guaracha Rocket Launcher. This is the simplest and likely earliest launcher that you can earn for yourself in Far Cry 6.

Later on, you’ll be able to purchase launchers like the RPG-7 from the Guerrillas Garrison or find more unique ones spread out throughout Yara’s giant map. However, with La Guaracha, you won’t have to look for anymore if you don’t want to.
