FIFA 21 Cristian Ansaldi Freeze SBC: Cheap solutions, stats, and requirements

EA Sports have done away with the usual FUTmas and instead introduced a series of cards that are sure to send shivers down the spines of opponents aptly named FUT Freeze.

Alongside the FUT Freeze squad made available in the regular packs, there are also new SBCs and Objectives each day for players to complete to get their hands on one of these limited-time players.

On the SBC front, it started with Paris-Saint German's Brazillian defensive lynchpin Marquinhos, and now we have Cristian Ansaldi, the Argentinian fullback currently plying his trade with Italian side Torino.

Despite his 34 years, Ansaldi is still a quality player, comfortable at right or left-back, a tidy dribbler and an eye for goal, the Argentine is the epitome of the modern fullback.

We take a look at his improved Freeze stats, how to complete the SBC as cheap as possible and also ask that all-important question - is he worth it?

Before we get into the nitty-gritty details of the difference between Ansaldi's base and Freeze card and just say the Freeze version is an absolute monster.

Now 85 rated compared to the 78 of his base Freeze Ansaldi boast incredible pace, great physical stats and is very well rounded technically.

Particular highlights include his 87 Standing and Sliding tackle, 85 Agility and 84 Dribbling.

His 87 Acceleration and Sprint Speed, coupled with his 88 Stamina, means he can get up and down the wing all day. His 89 Crossing and 87 Curve means when he gets into attacking positions he will make it count.

Is he worth it?

Yes! Certainly, if you already run a Serie A side there are few left or right-backs that come close to this version of the player.
