FIFA 21 Marquee Matchups SBC October 30: Requirements, cheap solutions, and rewards

With FIFA Ultimate Team in full swing after the release of FIFA 21, more and more ways for players to acquire those sweet player packs are now available.

An easy way to start upgrading your squad is via the Marquee Matchups SBC, as each challenge nets you a reward on top of the one you'll get for completing all of them. 

EA Sports revealed a brand-new set of Marquee Matchups on the 30th October, with players required to complete four squads to complete this SBC. 

So, what do you need to complete this week's Marquee Matchups SBC? Let's break it all down below with the help of FUTBIN.

FIFA 21 October 30th Marquee Matchups - How to complete

New York City FC vs NY Red Bulls SBC

The two New York teams battle it out that if isn't a fierce rivarly already, will surely become one of world footballs most intense in time.

Both teams have the financial backing and have even had some bona fide world class players in their ranks in previous years including David Villa and Andrea Pirlo for New York City FC and Thierry Henry at the Red Bulls.

Requirements:

• 1 player from Major League Soccer (MLS)
• Minimum of 3 leagues represented
• Same Club Count: Maximum 3
• UCL Common or Rare: Minimum 1
• Player Level: Minimum Silver
• Team Chemistry: Min 75
• Number of players in squad: 11

This isn't the easiest squad to put together or the cheapest but we have found a soluition that should set you back between 7,550 (Xbox), 7,650 (PS4), and 27,700 (PC).

Reward: Small Prime Electrum Players Pack

OL vs LOSC Lille

Two teams that have been overshadowed by PSG's dominance of Ligue 1 in recent years, but that doesn't mean they don't still find reason to get excited by this match.

Both clubs have young squads full of attacking talents and whatever happens this weekend its bound to have bags of goals.

Requirements: 

• 2 players from Ligue 1 Conforama
• Same League Count: Maximum 5
• Same Club Count: Minimum 3
• Gold Players: Minimum 3
• Squad Rating: Minimum 74
• Team Chemistry: Minimum 75
• Number of players in the Squad: 11

Much cheaper to put together than the previous SBC and you end up with a much better team at the end of that, not that matters but y'know.

This will cost you between 8,000 (PS4) and 33,500 (PC).

Reward: Mixed Players Pack

Atheltic Club vs Sevilla FC

Another two teams that have seen better days, Athletic Club face off against Sevilla FC. Athletic who famously who sign players from the Basque region of Spain make completing this SBC slightly harder but on the whole you can complete this with minimal fuss.

Requirements: 

• Number of players from Athletic Club +
• Number of players from Sevilla FC: Min 1
• Nationalities: Minimum 5
• Same Nation Count: Maximum 3
• UCL Common or Rare: Minimum 1
• Squad Rating: Minimum 75
• Team Chemistry: Minimum 80
• Number of players in the Squad: 11

This squad will set you back between 6,850 (PS4) and 16,050 (PC).

Reward: Small Prime Gold Players Pack

M'gladbach v RB Leipzig

Two German teams are are on the up, both who play a style similar to Klopp's gen-gen pressing.

Requirements: 

• Number off players from M'gladbach + Number of players from RB Leipzig: Min 1
• Number of players from Bundesliga: Min 2
• Clubs: Minimum 5
• UCL Common or Rare: Minimum 2
• Squad Rating: Minimum 77
• Team Chemistry: Minimum 85
• Number of players in the Squad: 11

You will be able to complete this squad for around 6,450 (PS4) to 12,550 (PC).

Reward: Prime Electrum Players Pack

Once you get all four squads, you will receive a Rare Electrums Players Pack, which includes 12 player cards, 6 Gold, 6 Silver and all rare.

All in all, the cost for to complete this week's Marquee Matchup SBC can be quite expensive but with the combined rewards it could be worth your time.
