Sergio Aguero's January POTM FUT card is out now

Man City striker Sergio Aguero has been named the EA Sports Player of the Month for January with his new POTM card now available in FIFA 20.

The Argentinian striker scored seven goals across all competitions including a hat-trick in a 6-1 win against Aston Villa.

In a vote open to the public he beat out Alisson Becker, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Jack Grealish, Jordan Henderson, Ayoze Perez, and Jack Stephens to the coveted award.

Aguero has now the won the award a record seven times more than anyone else in Premier League history. Steven Gerrard and Harry Kane, the latter currently playing for Tottenham Hotspur, have won it six times.

His rich-vein of form has meant Sergio Aguero’s January POTM card has got a considerable stat boost.

As you can see he’s now got an OVR 92 rated card, up from 89, and he will become a favourite for players who have based their FIFA Ultimate Teams around Premier League players.

With +6 to his pace, +3 to his shooting and +4 to his dribbling - there will be a lot more hattricks for those lucky enough to get him in their team.
