How To Get The Statice's Wings Accessory In FFXIV

The newest variant and criterion dungeons are here in FFXIV with the arrival of the Aloalo Island dungeon. Players are already hard at work grinding this new dungeon in order to acquire all of the available loot it has to offer. Mounts, emotes, rare weapons, and more can all be obtained by the dedicated few who manage to clear this new challenge.

Players who have already made their way through this dungeon will be familiar with one of its more unique characters. We're talking about the Statice — the gun-toting fairy you don't want to mess with.

Statice is a fan-favorite character among the FFXIV community, and now, with the arrival of the newest update, it's possible to don Statice's signature wings on your own Warrior of Light! So, if you are curious to learn more, we have the answers you need. This article will cover how to get the Statice's Wings fashion accessory in FFXIV.

In order to get the Statice's Wings accessory in FFXIV, players will need to clear the newest Aloalo Island variant dungeon. Each time a player clears this dungeon, they will be awarded currency known as Potsherds. Players can expect to obtain one Potsherd from the treasure chest after defeating the first boss and two Potsherds from the treasure chest after defeating the second boss (making for a grand total of three Potsherds per run).

Once you've acquired your Potsherds, make your way to Old Sharlayan and speak with Trisassant (X:12.0, Y:13.3) in order to exchange your Potsherds for various items. Trisassant has tons of items for trade, including mounts, emotes, and more. However, he also has the Statice's Wings accessory available priced at three Potsherds. This means players will only need to complete one run of the new dungeon to grab this fashion accessory. However, it is recommended to do multiple runs in order to fully clear out the shop.

Alternatively, it is also possible to purchase the Statice's Wings via the Market Board. That being said, because the Statice's Wings is a new item, you can expect to pay over the odds in order to acquire them. These are currently priced in the hundreds of thousands of Gil, which is far more time-consuming to grind out than a single dungeon run.
