The First Descendant open beta is on the horizon, and if you're planning to hop into it on day one, you may be curious to find out its pre-load time, start time, and everything it has to offer.

Thankfully, Nexon Games has recently revealed all the necessary info regarding The First Descendant open beta, and in this guide, we have compiled everything you need to know about it, including details like its pre-load time. 

The First Descendant Open Beta Pre-Load Time

You can start pre-loading The First Descendant open beta on Monday, 18 September 2023, at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 7 AM UTC. It will only be available on Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. As of this writing, there's no word on whether The First Descendant will be coming to Epic Games Store, but we will update this article if anything changes. 

The First Descendant Open Beta Start Time

The First Descendant open beta will go live on Tuesday, 19 September 2023, at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 7 AM UTC. It will conclude on Monday, 25 September 2023, at 11.59 PT / 2.59 AM ET / 6.59 AM UTC.

What To Expect From The First Descendant Open Beta

The First Descendant open beta will feature 13 playable characters, including 11 standard and 2 ultimate. Expect to wield over 50+ weapons and three unique battlefields to test them out on. There will also be 300+ modules to further customize your build.

In addition to these, The First Descendant open beta will feature a plethora of quality-of-life improvements from last year's beta, including a revamped grappling hook, character and skill balance, changes to UI/UX, and more.
