Best landing spots in Fortnite Season 7

With the start of every new season in Fortnite, there's a period of excitement when players explore all the new content, but also a period of uncertainty, as no one really knows what are the best strats and what works best.

This is especially true when it comes to deciding how and where to start your matches, as new seasons come with a number of map changes, including redesigned locations, removal of some old areas and the addition of completely new POIs.

Fortnite Season 7 has brought a number of interesting new locations and POIs, and some of these new landmarks are quite interesting in terms of strategy and gameplay.

Best landing locations in Fortnite Season 7

1. Bridge Shanty Town

Located just east of the centre of the map, this ruined town on the bridge offers a lot of building materials.

There you will find a lot of chests and loot spawns which will kickstart you and make sure you have everything you need for the start of the game. Make sure to grab everything you can, and once you loot all, decide what are your next steps, you can go to either garage or new frenzy farm, it's up to you.

2.  Alien Antenna near Slurpy Swamp

Alien HQs are new POIs scattered around the island, but the one southwest from Slurpy Swamp is the most isolated one.

Usually, no one lands here, and you will find a large number of slurp barrels, chests, ammo boxes, and loot, all in a small and isolated area, just waiting for you to grab it!

There's a lot of trees around the building as well, which you can cut for materials. And of course, there are brand new henchmen chests that will give you new alien weapons.

3. A small lake in the east part of the island

Everyone will try to land on an Alien HQ near the lake, but most people will ignore the lake itself.

But you will not do that. Land on the lake and quickly loot the surrounding houses, and then you can buy weapons from the vending machine or even go fishing if you want.

Now, when you have some starting equipment, you should go to Alien HQ to eliminate people inside and grab the loot. After that, make sure to go under the bridge nearby, as a UFO will await you there!

4. Ice cream truck

If you like to play passively and wait for your chances instead of going into the chaos of a battle immediately, this will be the perfect place for you to land.

It is almost guaranteed that no one will land here and you will be safe to loot the campsite with chests and other goodies.

From there go down the mountain and loot the nearby house, collect materials from trees and continue to play passively until you are sure that you are ready for the action.
