Fortnite has once again teamed up with Marvel to bring another iconic character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to the island. This time, developer Epic Games has introduced two new skins featuring Captain America - Sam Wilson (MCU) and a new hero, BriteStar, to Fortnite. Fans of the game and the MCU can now wield Captain America’s shield, soar through the air with the EXO-7 Falcon Wings Glider or take down enemies with BriteStar’s Brite Shield.
The new skins and accessories are now available in the Fortnite Item Shop, which can be accessed from the main menu. Players can purchase the skins individually (for around 2,000 V-Bucks) or as part of the "Captain America and the BriteStar" Bundle, which includes the Captain America and the BriteStar Loading Screen. The bundle is currently available for 2,600 V-Bucks (discounted from 4,300 V-Bucks).
It's worth mentioning that this is not the first time Fortnite has collaborated with Marvel. In the past, the game has featured skins of popular Marvel characters like Iron Man, Thor, and Black Panther. Furthermore, Fortnite has also hosted several Marvel-themed events, including the Nexus War and the Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mode.
That said, the Captain America - Sam Wilson (MCU) Outfit is a must-have for fans of the MCU, especially those who loved the character’s portrayal in the hit Disney+ series "The Falcon and The Winter Soldier." The outfit comes with Cap’s Shield, which is both a Back Bling and a Pickaxe. Additionally, the EXO-7 Falcon Wings Glider, also available in the Fortnite Item Shop, is recreated by the Wakandan Design Group!
Separately, BriteStar is a new character introduced by Fortnite, but she already has a loyal fan following. Her outfit comes with the Brite Shield, which works as a Back Bling and a Pickaxe. In addition, the outfit includes the Red Brite and Blue alt Style, and players can also equip the Brave and Brite Wrap to complete the look.
The new skins and accessories are a testament to the successful collaboration between Fortnite and Marvel. The game has allowed Marvel fans to play as their favorite characters and experience the thrill of being a superhero. The new skins will surely be a hit among Fortnite players and Marvel fans.
