Fortnite - How To Destroy Giant Mushrooms With Ripsaw Launcher

A new batch of seasonal quests has arrived, and players have been asked to destroy giant mushrooms with the Ripsaw Launcher as one of the Fortnite Week 5 Challenges. Although the quest is self-explanatory, many players have difficulty finding giant mushrooms in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.

Completing this challenge rewards players with 15,000 XP, which will help you unlock rewards from this season’s Battle Pass. So without any further delay, here’s a comprehensive guide to destroying the giant mushrooms with the Ripsaw Launcher in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.

How To Destroy Giant Mushrooms With Ripsaw Launcher In Fortnite

To complete this challenge, you will first need the Ripsaw Launcher. Like the other guns, the weapon can be found on the ground, in chests, in supply drops, and purchased from NPCs. Apart from this, you can also land at the factory north of Logjam Lumberyard to get one. 

Once you have the Ripsaw Launcher, you will need to find giant mushrooms on the Fortnite Island. You can find them throughout the land at the Reality Falls or Greasy Grove, situated in the southwestern area of the Fortnite map.

Once at the location, you’ll find a bunch of blue giant mushrooms, which boast 600 Health Points. To destroy the giant mushrooms with the Ripsaw Launcher, hold down the trigger button and wait until the weapon is fully charged. Then, release the button while aiming at the giant mushroom.
