Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups: How to join, prizes, schedule, format and how to watch

Fortnite players are in for a treat in the form of tasty Paradox platform cash cups, with the first one kicking off on 14th September. Here's what you need to know about the Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups.

Fortnite Paradox cash cup: How to join

If you want to join one of the Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups, then you will need to meet one important requirement.

To join one of the cups, you will need have reached the Contender rank in Arena mode. After you've successfully reached contender rank, you can simply head to the compete tab and join the Fortnite Paradox platform cash cup.

This is a solos tournament series, so you don't need teammates to enter.

The prize pools

The Paradox platform cash cups have different prize pools for each region. The biggest of the lot, however, is the PC and console cups for Europe.

Check out the prize pool distribution for the Paradox cash cup in Europe as well as US on PC and console below.

  • 1st - $3,000
  • 2nd - $2,500
  • 3rd - $2,000
  • 4th - $1,500
  • 5th - $1,200
  • 6th - $900
  • 7th - $800
  • 8th - $700
  • 9th - $600
  • 10th - $500
  • 11th - $400
  • 12th - $350
  • 13th - $300
  • 14th - $250
  • 15th to 20th - $200

Keep in mind smaller regions have smaller prize pools, such as OCE and MEA both having a first-place prize of $600. It is, however, still a nice cup to test your competitive Fortnite skills in.

Schedule and regions

First up, there are both PC and console Fortnite Paradox cash cups for all regions. 

Check out the regions below:

  • Europe
  • NA East
  • NA West
  • OCE
  • MEA
  • Brazil
  • Asia

For the European tournament, the Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups will run from 20:00 to 23:00 BST.

Take note: The Cash Cups including the Paradox Cash Cup are now region locked.

There are three Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups announced so far, taking place on the following dates:

  • 14th September
  • 21st September
  • 5th October

Fortnite Paradox cash cups: How to watch

If you don't plan on competing in the Fortnite Paradox platform cash cups, then you might want to watch some of the action live.

There is no official stream but many players participating in the Fortnite Paradox Cash Cups will be streaming their journey, so the best way to watch the cups take place is by keeping an eye on Fortnite streams going live at the same time as the cups via the Fortnite Twitch directory.
