Wolves have become an essential aspect of Fortnite since the release of the Season 6 update, and the fans are still encountering weekly challenges associated with it. However, with the release of the Fortnite Season 8 update, the developers implemented a ton of map changes that altered the spawn locations of many NPCs and animals, including the Wolves.

As a result, they still spawn across the Fortnite map but at different locations than the previous season. With that being said, getting across the wolves in the newest season is a daunting task. Hence, the real question is, “Where do wolves spawn in Season 8?” If you’re also one of those who are having a hard time while hunting them, this guide will definitely help you out.

As a rule, wolves are mostly found around wooded areas and typically appears after the sunset during a Fortnite match. Although they can be found in almost every location on the map, but they have some fixed spawn positions and here’s a list of those spots:

  • South of Believer Beach

  • Northwest and southeast corners of Weeping Woods

  • Southwest of Dirty Docks

  • Outside FN Radio (east of Craggy Cliffs)

  • Northeast of Catty Corner

  • Near Defiant Dish (south of The Aftermath)

  • The gas station west of Misty Meadows

  • Southwest of Boney Burbs

  • Inside and northeast of Stealthy Stronghold

  • West of Lazy Lake

It’s also essential to note that wolves wander around the Island in a cluster; hence they would not always spawn on the aforementioned locations in every match. For this reason, players have to investigate a few areas in order to find them.

Once you find a wolf, you can either hunt it down or tame it to be its partner for the rest of the match. While one can simply assassinate wolves with any firearm, the most effective way to tame is by throwing a piece of meat near them.

Once the wolf involves in eating the meat, go near it and hit the “Tame” option. Eventually, a bunch of love hearts will emerge on the wolf, which indicates that it has been tamed.

So there you have it, what you need to know about finding wolves in Fortnite Season 8.
