Fortnite has been taken over by Deadpool, and fans of the game are getting the chance to get their hands on a variant of the iconic superhero's costume.

Following the v12.40 update, a trio of X-Force skins leaked that showed Domino, Psylocke and Cable will all be entering the game at some point.

And it appears that Deadpool will be getting his own X-Force variant after mocking it in Deadpool 2.

A new set of Deadpool challenges launch each Friday and if leaks are anything to go by, the April 17 set will be the one that unlocks the X-Force variant.

There will be two variants one with the mask and the hideous one without.

This will be the amount of Deadpool skins in the game up to five, with information on how to unlock the others found here.

The pants can be found in the Battle Pass tab, select Midas from the Agents tab and enter his room. Deadpool's shorts will be hanging over the chair behind him.

You don't need to have the Salute emote, simply head up to the pants and interact with it - default key "F" - and you will complete the challenge.

Once you have done that you will be able to find the Deadpool X-Force variant skin in your locker.

Deadpool and the X-Force squad will join a number of other superhero skins already in the game including Harley Quinn and Batman.
