The latest Cipher quest titled Place recruitment posters requires you to complete the objective at Faulty Splits, Anvil Square, Lonely Labs, and Shattered Slabs. Once in the game, land at any of these POIs and look for a white exclamation mark, which will lead you to the poster's place.
