Free Fire is quite popular for major collaborations with other game franchises, anime, music stars and more. Now, Garena has announced the first crossover of the year 2022 that will happen between Free Fire and one of the most popular franchises of all time, i.e. Assassin's Creed.

The crossover will take place in March 2022, and a bunch of iconic characters from Assassin's Creed will be introduced in Free Fire.

As of now, there is no information regarding which characters will be making their way into Free Fire; however, Garena will be sharing more details about the collaboration in the coming weeks.

However, this crossover is expected to be related to Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok, the next DLC expansion coming to the game on 10th March 2022. The DLC will be bringing 40 hours of gameplay worth of content and the story will take place in the "magnificent Nine Realms in the mythology of North."

Apart from Assassin's Creed, Free Fire has also collaborated with McLaren, One Punch Man, Money Heist, Street Fighter and many more franchises in the past, and we can expect many more to happen in 2022 as well.

Assassin's Creed is the best selling series in video games history and has sold over 155 million copies worldwide, and on the other side, Garena is a publisher of hit titles, including Free Fire, Arena of Valor, Call of Duty: Mobile, and League of Legends.

Free Fire has been the most downloaded mobile game in 2019 and 2020, according to App Annie, leaving behind giants like PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings and more.

We will update the article once Garena announces more details about the crossover, including its exact date and the content that will be coming to Free Fire as a part of it.
