One of the many characters you can unlock in Funko Fusion is the iconic Mega Man. You won't be able to get this character until you've completed most of the game since you'll need to find him in every single level, but once you're able to get him, adding Mega Man to your roster is a great idea. Unlocking Mega Man can be a bit troublesome because of all the prerequisites, but we're here to help you figure out what to do and approach this challenge. Here's how to unlock Mega Man in Funko Fusion.
Funko Fusion: How To Unlock Mega Man
If you're looking for Mega Man, you'll need to first go to the Scott Pilgrim Level 4: Double Dragon. If you haven't unlocked this level yet, don't fret, you can still unlock Mega Man soon - you'll just need to ensure that Scott Pilgrim is the next world that you choose to unlock, and you'll then make your way to level four. If you chose to start the game by going to the Scott Pilgrim world, you should have access by default, and will only need to have gotten to level four.
You'll eventually end up in the Ninth Circle, a concert area and dance club. Outside, you can see it's snowing very hard. Note, too, that there are quite a few enemies in this perilous area, so you'll want to be very careful as you move on. Playing as a character that you're good at - or simply one with powerful attacks - is your best bet here. Using lots of ranged attacks is an excellent approach.
You'll also note that there's some closed doors with a question mark on them, but you'll take care of opening that in a moment. Move on from now without trying to open them.
Leave the concert venue, and take a left, walking until you reach a purple chest. If you've unlocked other cameos - or even just took a look at the closed door earlier in this level - the look of this will likely be very familiar to you. Interact with the question mark to pick up the access card and gain access to the room behind the purple doors from earlier.
Inside the new room you'll find exactly what you're looking for: Mega Man himself. Help him out as he leaves by protecting him from the enemies that are attacking; they come in large waves, so this is again why we recommend playing as a strong character. You'll want to follow Mega Man around and heal him when necessary, until all of the enemies are dead and your friend safely gets where he's going. Your objective will also change, letting you know you've suceeded.
Now, you're done with this pretty quick encounter - and you'll be able to meet Mega Man in all six of the other main worlds. (He won't show up in cameo worlds - only Jurassic World, Umbrella Academy, Masters of the Universe, Hot Fuzz, The Thing, and Battlestar Galactica.) Once you've found Mega Man in all of the other worlds, you'll unlock Mega Man as a playable character!
