Let's take a look at the events announced and previewed during the Genshin Impact 3.0 Special Program Livestream below.
The first event, Graven Innocence, will see Travelers heading out to Port Ormos to locate a toy store, Acara Crafts. Similar to previous toy-making events like Core of the Apparatus, you'll be working with Collei for the event as together explore Sumeru in pursuit of materials required to help the toymakers with their creations.

You can collect quest items, Creative Notes through snapshots, combat gameplay, and racing which you can use in exchange for bonus rewards from Acara Crafts. Also, since you'll be working with Collei in this event, you may hear exciting stories from and about the character along the way.
Travelers who have completed the event's tutorial quest, "Meticulous Craftsmanship," can welcome Collei for free to their party. Additionally, there are other amazing rewards to earn from this event, including Primogems, Talent Level-Up Materials, Character Ascension Materials, Mora, and more.
Fayz Trials will be the update's latest Challenge event which should provide Travelers with a unique yet exciting combat experience. This event will see you entering various domains where your party setup has been pre-determined using Trial characters.
During combat, you can obtain and use an event-exclusive potion, Fayz Potion, which sharpens your mind and causes time to slow down mid-battle. This allows you to scan your enemies using the Viewfinder to identify their weaknesses and launch a surprise attack.
Momentarily, you and your enemies will remain stationary before time picks up and combat resumes. In addition, special skills called Supersense (whose powers can be enhanced upon reaching a sufficient level) can be used to acquire Fayz Tinctures when "continuously defeating enemies."
Leaked before the Livestream was announced, the Tablet Analytics event was officially revealed during the 3.0 Special Program Livestream. So start forming your party setup from a roster of Trial characters before randomly drawing for unique buffs in this Challenge event.
As we have previously discussed this event, compete across three rounds of challenges for each trial available in this event. Whenever you use a unique event mechanism, this triggers a randomly assigned buff which you can use against waves of enemies for each trial and every round.
Complete each trial to earn points that determine your event ranking and the corresponding medal. You can be awarded Primogems, Mora, and more amazing rewards and a new furnishing item, the Cauldron of Herbs.
A Sumeru-twist on the Lost Riches event is coming to Genshin Impact's 3.0 update as Travelers catch up with Ulman again. This time, you'll be working with Ulman, and his new gadget, a Mini Seelie, as you explore Sumeru for lost treasures using it.
Utilizing Ulman's Treasure Map, locate the treasure whose location is marked off and unearth the "Lost Riches." As you'll need the Mini Seelie for this event, you can capture elemental essence to power it; then, you can use its guidance to track the treasure.
Travelers can collect Ancient Coins during the event, which can be exchanged for bonus rewards from the shop; this includes other variations of the Mini Seelie gadget. Once equipped, they'll become the Traveler's companion in Teyvat.
HoYoverse will add another Ley Line Overflow event in the 3.0 update where they use the opportunity to farm for materials; these will significantly assist Travelers in building their characters.
Tighnari will receive a Story Quest Chapter included in the 3.0 update. The Vulpes Zerda Chapter: Act 1 will tie in with that character's daily duties within the Avidya Forest and his investigation into a strange phenomenon known as "The Withering."
Similarly, two Archon Quests quests were added to the update, exploring the mysterious phenomenon that infects all living matter. Archon Quest Chapter III: Act I - "Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark" and Act II: "The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings" will explore Sumeru's deep, dense rainforests and the mysteries that lurk within.
Genshin Impact's 3.0 update, The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings, releases 24th August 2022 for PlayStation and PC via the Epic Games Store.
