EA Sprinkles Fairy Dust on The Sims 4 in New Expansion

EA have revealed that the next expansion pack for The Sims 4 will be one of its most ethereal yet. The upcoming Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack focuses on the natural world, and allows your Sims to become fairies. 

Based around new Neighbourhood Innisgreen, all things bright and beautiful will be available to ensure your Sims are living a calm and peaceful life amongst nature. As Fairies, Sims will have two different fairy paths in front of them: the Harmonious Fairy and the Discordant Fairy.

The former is one who helps their fellow Sims, offering to help them find health and balance. The Discordant Fairy, however, is the opposite. One that thrives on mischief and trouble. 

Players will be able to customize their Fairy Sims with a variety of wings, skin tones, ears, accessories, and more. Sims will be able to pick up new skills and traits as part of this new expansion, including making creations from the Apothecary Table or learning to live off the land as a Nature Nomad. 

As part of living in Innisgreen, Sims may find themselves emotionally balanced or imbalanced. Being an imbalanced Sim will make daily life that little bit harder, such as gaining new skills at a slower rate or even becoming afflicted with Ailments. Luckily, Sims will be able to craft cures via the new Apothecary Table using special ingredients found throughout the world.

Players looking for an outlet for their fairy-like tendancies, or a way for their Sims to live life more in line with nature will want to keep an eye on this one.

The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack will be available via the EA app, Epic Games Store and Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One  on July 10, 2025.
