The primary objective of the Today, This Seal — Tomorrow, Watatsumi Island achievement is to break the seal over the Electro Archon’s Shine.
To start off, sail the wave rider from Fort Mumel towards the west and head over to the south. After arriving at the destination, defeat the Mirror Maiden to remove the seal from the mysterious pillar.
Next, interact with the mysterious pillar and press the “Pay respects at the statue” option. Finally, activate all the four electro pillars in the anti-clockwise order located around the mysterious pillar.
Once you activate all of them, the Today, This Seal — Tomorrow, Watatsumi Island will be marked as completed in the achievement checklist, and you can get the rewards simply by hitting the "Claim" button. In addition to this, a precious chest will also summon near the pillar containing 10x Primogems and other valuable resources.
