Tome Of Eternal Flow Genshin Impact Skill, Materials, Stats

Genshin Impact 4.1 update will bring a bunch of new weapons into the game, and one of them is Tome of the Eternal Flow which is the signature weapon of either Neuvillete or Wriothesley. It is a 5-star catalyst that can provide attack and damage buff to the party characters, and its main attributes are attack and bonus crit rate damage percentage. 

You can set Epitomized Path to Tome of the Eternal Flow in its weapon banner and pull it using Intertwined Fates, but it is equally important to level it up using its ascension materials to get the maximum buffs and damage out of it. HoYoverse has revealed the weapon officially; however, they haven't given us details about its skills, ascension materials and stats.

• Refinement Level 1: HP is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4s. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 8 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12s.    
• Refinement Level 2: HP is increased by 20%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 18% for 4s. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 9 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12s.    
• Refinement Level 3: HP is increased by 24%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 22% for 4s. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 10 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12s.    
• Refinement Level 4: HP is increased by 28%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 26% for 4s. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 11 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12s.    
• Refinement Level 5: HP is increased by 32%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 30% for 4s. Max 3 stacks, can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you have 3 stacks or refresh a third stack's duration, 12 Energy will be restored. This Energy restoration effect can be triggered once every 12s.
