The Genshin Impact Waterborne Poetry event is right around the corner, and it's going to be one of the significant events of the 4.1 version. To mark the 3rd anniversary of Genshin Impact, the Waterborne Poetry event invites the players to revisit Liyue and join Hu Tao and Venti in their poetic adventure.
Like the previous Lantern Rite events, this event celebrates the culture and traditions of Liyue with fun activities and rewards. And as is tradition, travelers can obtain a bunch of freebies by participating in three exciting event challenges. When Does Genshin Impact Waterborne Poetry Event Starts
The Waterborne Poetry event will kick off on October 12, 2023, and ends on October 30, 2023, during the first phase of the Genshin Impact 4.1 version. To unlock this event, you must reach Adventure Rank 20 or above and complete Prologue: Song of the Dragon and Freedom.
How To Complete Waterborne Poetry Event
The Waterborne Poetry event mainly features three mini-games and challenges that travellers can complete in order to earn the event rewards.
- Hundred Pace Hurling Rites: This mode challenges you to throw darts at the Holding Pots that appear randomly on the screen. You have a limited time to hit as many pots as you can and reach the target score. Be careful not to miss or hit the wrong pots, as they will reduce your score.
- Inspiration Eruption: This mode tests your combat skills against various enemies. You can collect Inspiring Crystals from the enemies you defeat, which will boost your power and cause a massive explosion when you have enough. You will also face a powerful enemy carrying a Mythic Nexus, which will drop valuable rewards if you can defeat it.
- Mending Painting Prospects: This mode lets you explore the world and take pictures of beautiful scenery. You can also find missing objects that belong to different paintings and complete them. You will have to locate the paintings, select one that interests you, and search for the objects that are hidden in the environment.
