Sakura is a character that has been rumored to be coming to Honkai: Star Rail for a long time. Whether this is Yae Sakura or some other incarnation of the character, fans are eager to receive any kind of information they can about this possibly upcoming character. 

While eagerly waiting for her banner to arrive in the game, here is everything you need to know about her release date, abilities, traces, eidolon, and more.

Honkai Star Rail Sakura Release Date

At the time of writing this, there is no confirmed release date for Sakura in Honkai Star Rail. Additionally, based on leaks and rumors, the only data mined information about Sakura is from a months-old DevKit. What this means is that there is no guarantee that Sakura will be coming to the game at all, and if she does, she may have a completely different set of skills than the information found by leakers. 

Honkai Star Rail Sakura Abilities, Eidolon, Traces

Here is all the information we know so far about Sakura's abilities that has been translated as best as possible. Based on the leaked information, Sakura is a five-star Ice Element Hunt Path character. 

Abilities

• Basic Attack: Deals Ice DMG equal to ?% of Sakura's ATK to a single enemy. 
• Skill: Closing the sword stance increases the multiplier of the next pummel attack and gains 1 extra turn. Also gain a resistance penetration increase of ?%, and Blast Damage increased by ?% for ? round(s)
• Ultimate: Deals ?% Ice damage and if the target is in Weakness Break status at this point, continue attacking the target for an additional ?% of Ice damage. 

Talent

When hitting an enemy in the Weakness Break state, ignore ?% of target defense, and until the start of your next turn, increase your speed by ? points. 

Technique

Traces & Eidolon

At the time of writing this, there is no information about Sakura's Traces or Eidolon levels. As mentioned, all of the information outlined so far is subject to change. This is the same with any data-mined unit, but it goes doubly so for units found in these DevKits, which are very old and have no confirmation of ever coming to the game.
