Players will be venturing through the stars in HoYoverse's latest RPG, Honkai: Star Rail. Set on the interplanetary Astra Express train, there are tons of locations for players to explore in this title. With such a huge world to explore, it is very easy to get lost and lose the sense of any kind of direction. Thankfully, the world map is here to help keep players grounded. 

While on your journey, there will be several key locations to keep track of that players will likely find themselves returning to again and again. This article will cover everything you need to know about the World Map in Honkai: Star Rail, including notable locations, interactivity, and more!

As mentioned, there are a ton of notable locations that players will need to revisit throughout their time playing Honkai: Star Rail. At the time of writing this, we know of four key locations, including the Astral Express itself:

  • Herta Space Station:
    • Master Control Room
    • Base Zone
    • Storage Zone (B1/F1/F2)
    • Supply Zone (F1/F2)
  • Jarilo-VI
    • Administrative District (B1/F1)
    • Outlying Snow Plains
    • Backwater Pass
    • Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone
    • Corridor of Fading Echoes
    • Everwinter Hill
    • Boulder Town
    • Great Mine
    • Rivet Town (F1/F2)
    • Robot Settlement (F1/F2)
  • Xianzhou: The Luofu

All of these areas will be made readily available via the in-game map in Honkai: Star Rail after you unlock the ability to travel to each area. There is a ton of rewards waiting for players who dedicate the time to exploring every corner of the map. Rewards and content can include:

While the in-game map does a satisfactory job of relaying all the necessary information to players, there also exists an interactive World Map for Honkai: Star Rail. Players can use this map to see a better view of each location, along with all the available goodies that may be hidden out of sight.
