We're currently in the downtime between events in Hunt: Showdown 1896, and as usual, the developers are using this period to gather feedback and make improvements to the game. To help with that, they've released a new fan survey to collect players' thoughts on the recent event. If you haven’t filled it out yet, now’s a great time to share your input.
Hunt: Showdown 1896 Asks Players for Feedback on 'The Garden of the Witch' Event
With 'The Garden of the Witch' event now officially wrapped up, Crytek is giving players the chance to share valuable feedback on what worked, what didn’t, and what landed somewhere in between. To do this, they've released a player survey via their official X account, asking the community to weigh in on various aspects of the event.
Garden of the Witch has ended, but we want to hear from you. Your feedback helps shape the future of Events in Hunt: Showdown.

Let us know what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d like to see next.
📝 Take the survey here: https://t.co/7xzmu8O54Cpic.twitter.com/hEXYg2k7b1
The survey covers everything from overall enjoyment and performance to the finer details, like which traits, weapons, and skins you found satisfying or underwhelming. It also includes general questions about your platform of choice and overall playtime. The survey is open until May 14, so be sure to submit your responses before the deadline.
Crytek has often faced criticism for limited communication with the community, and while that criticism isn’t unfounded, surveys like this are a great opportunity for players to have their voices heard. Didn’t like the new Mosin Obrez Match? Say so. Loved Gunrunner or Corpse Seer and want to see them added as permanent traits? Let them know.
These surveys are crucial for both players and developers. Crytek can’t make improvements without knowing what the community wants, and they can move forward with confidence when they know a decision has strong player support.
So don’t miss out—fill out the survey and help shape the future of Hunt: Showdown 1896. The game can only get better if we speak up.
