How To Get Last Epoch Twitch Items

You can earn Twitch Drops by watching any channel streaming Last Epoch with Twitch Drops Enabled. Once you've unlocked some drops, claim them via your Twitch Inventory. Once you've claimed these items, head into Last Epoch and press Shift + K to open your cosmetics panel, where you will find your Twitch rewards ready and waiting.

Please note: You can only access these cosmetics via the online Last Epoch mode, as it is not available offline.

• Mantle of the Prophesier - Mystifying are the ways of the Circle of Fortune, and the symbols they wear are seen as just as mysterious as the treasures they seek.
• Green Dire-Guana - Neither gold nor jewels escape the keen scent of the Merchants Guild Lizard in their hunt for profits and prestige.
• Merchant's Mantle - The finery of the Merchants Guild is always on full display as their symbols represent a powerful force in the world's markets.
• Blue Seer's Orb - A curious power often seen accompanying the worthiest of travelers within the Circle of Fortune.

Last Epoch Twitch Drops Schedule

The Twitch Drops for Last Epoch start on 22 February 2024, one day after the game's release. In the table below, you'll find the complete schedule for Last Epoch Twitch drops, including the days you can earn specific items!
