The road to the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational continues, and now that all the final details of the event have been revealed, the time to find out who will be the new MSI champion after a year's absence is closer than ever.

This time, and as happened at Worlds 2020, Riot Games will have big surprises in store for fans of the game, with exclusive prizes and rewards in the form of drops that will be delivered through the live broadcasts of the event.

MSI 2021 Drops: How to get rewards

In order to be part of this, and have the chance to participate, you just have to follow these steps:

1. You must enter the official LoL Esports website.
2. Sign in to your Riot Games account.
3. Once this is done, you will go to the "Rewards" section at the top, which will send you to this page.
4. Now you just have to click on the "Start Earning" button and that's it.
5. You can get drops just by watching the live broadcast only on this website.

MSI 2021 Drops: All rewards and prizes

Now, you may wonder what you can win by watching the MSI live. As is tradition, depending on how many games you watch live during the event, you can receive these initial rewards, which will be sent to your Riot account once you complete them.

There will also be prizes such as exclusive emotes and icons, and other free in-game content based on the overarching theme of the event, such as Jax champion shards, which will be sent randomly through the Watch Rewards drop system to the viewers.

Some even luckier viewers will be able to get their hands on rare and hyper-rare drops, which will contain discounts, official Riot merch, Hextech loot, sweepstakes entries and more surprises from the MSI partners and sponsors, including among these some Conqueror Jax skin shards.

MSI 2021 Drops: Claim rewards and how to watch

The number of Drops released in each matchday will depend on several factors with regard to how the games play out. The more epic plays and exciting moments in a single game, the more Drops you are likely to see, but the conditions for triggering them will not always be pre-determined or guaranteed.

In-game items will usually be delivered directly to your account within 24 hours. If you win a merch item, Riot Support will contact you within 30 days to arrange delivery. And remember, as long as you are watching live and logged into your Riot account, you will be able to receive drops and win rewards.
