Shockblade Skins and Firelight Ekko revealed for League v12.4

Riot Games has teased some of the new skins that will arrive in League of Legends, as part of the content planned for patch 12.4.

This time, moving away from the entire bunch added for the Lunar New Year celebration, the developers have decided to introduce a new theme into the game that will shock their way into the Rift, with majestic particles and elegant designs.

In addition, there are three more skins also slated to be released during this cycle, with one belonging to a new Zaunite champion, another being an awaited skin for a master of time, and the third will be an exclusive Prestige skin for a Vastaya.

Step into the storm with the Shockblade order

Featuring three new skins powered by the gifts of the Storm, Kassadin, Shen and Qiyana have been chosen to receive some new incredible styles that will transform into the members of a new group known as the Shockblade order.

As the high priest of the Shockblade order, Kassadin will have a deep connection to the Storm few understand, but all respect, as it’s the power of his station that allows the Shockblades to follow their targets in and out of the spirit realm, going where no one else can to protect the people under their charge.

Meanwhile, once half of an elite operative duo for the Shockblade order, Shen stepped away from combat after he made a mistake that nearly cost the life of his partner, Zed. Now Shen mentors Qiyana, a young shinobi training to join their ranks who braved the Cloud Ritual despite warnings that no one had survived in years.

Each of these skins will be available for a price of 1,350 RP within the in-game store, with eight different chromas available at launch for 290 RP each.

Arcane makes a comeback with Ekko

After being delayed due to time and design constraints, the new skin for Ekko based on his Arcane appearance as part of the Firelights will be released in this patch.

This simple but great-looking skin will come with new textures, VFX, SFX, a new recall animation, and even a bonus Homeguard where he’ll use his customized hoverboard.

Firelight Ekko is set to be 1,350 RP.

Renata Glasc comes to conquer Runeterra

With Renata Glasc’s debut slated for these next couple of weeks, she will also receive a traditional debut skin that will reflect some of her ambitions.

Ambitious, cunning, cutthroat-- these qualities served Admiral Glasc well during the Galactic Civil War. They serve her still, both on the front lines and in the weapons manufacturing industry.

As the leader of the Royal Space Military's R&D unit, she will bring order to the galaxy with firepower unmatched: whether it's dropping planetside or traversing distant stars, the universe is her chessboard, and she is the queen.

Admiral Glasc is also set to be 1,350 RP.

Brave Phoenix Xayah Prestige Edition

Last but not least, a new Prestige Edition will be added to the game in the next patch as well.

This time, Xayah will be the one receiving this exclusive aspect based on her Brave Phoenix skin, one that was released quite some time ago during the 10th Anniversary of the Chinese Super Server.

For this skin, Xayah carries the Fenghuang's blessing with her across the once peaceful lands, as she makes quick work of those who would lay waste to the relics of the past, her magic mirroring their beauty in a harmonious dance.

Brave Phoenix Xayah Prestige Edition will be available as a reward for the Prestige Points store.

All of the skins seen above are set to be released with League’s patch 12.4, on 16th February. You can also try them now through the PBE server.
