Dr. Connors has a prominent role in Spider-Man 2, and in the main quest, "New Threads," Peter goes looking for him when he disappears after being injected with a virus that can transform him once again into the Lizard. 

To stop Connors from causing mayhem and to save Harry, Peter looks to pick up his trail in his house, where he discovers a secret lab. However, to enter Connors' lab, you'll have to solve a music puzzle. If you're wondering how to solve this puzzle and enter Dr. Connors' lab in Spider-Man 2, you're in the right place.

To enter Dr. Connors' secret lab in Spider-Man 2, you have to press the colored inputs in the correct order. The tone is based on the lullaby playing in the Connors' son's cradle. 

The correct order of input is - Purple, Purple, Purple, and Green. 

And that's it! Doing so will open the door to Dr. Connors' secret lab and progress the mission.
