NBA 2K22 MyTeam Limited Season 2 Week 3: Game conditions, best lineup, etc.

The first weekend of November brings us an Eastern Conference test as part of the Limited Challenge in our search for another ring on NBA 2K22 MyTeam.
Another month, another weekend full of green releases and brutal dunks in NBA 2K22 MyTeam as the third edition of the Limited challenge is now live.

We have come from a very strategic approach last weekend and now we face a similar test although it may be a tad more simple as we only have to take half of the players available into consideration.

The Beasts of the East challenge is now up and running in MyTeam as we once again review the game requirement and assist you in creating the best squad possible to beat your opponents.

For this weekend we will only be able to use players whose teams belong in the NBA Eastern Conference, which pretty much “eliminates” half of the candidates.

Remember that if you want to verify the eligibility of a certain item you can go to the lineup management screen and you will see an MT Ring sticker on the bottom right corner of the items that are valid.

Also, let us remind you that just like every other edition thus far, Free Agents won’t be elegible to be part of your squad so make sure they aren’t on your bench either.

What would be the best lineup for MyTeam Limited Week 3?

Now we are going to build what we believe will be the best lineup that will help you out on the hardwood, and just like the last weekend it is not about the names, it is about what their abilities are, so you can substitute them for other options within your catalogue.

Our list would go like this:

  • Diamond Shaquille O’Neal (Colossal)
  • Diamond Trae Young (Flash 3 Glitched)
  • Amethyst Scottie Pippen (Flash 2)
  • Amethyst Ray Allen (Colossal)

The main idea behind these four players is to create mismatches on both ends as both Trey Young and Scottie Pippen have amazing perimeter defence while Shaq is the best in the game for the interior defence.

Ray Allen and Trae Young can carry the offensive load and you can also add a big rebounder like Dennis Rodman or DeAndre Jordan to compliment your team.

This should give you a big opportunity to establish an early lead while managing the pace of the ball as you have offensive threats on all three dimensions.

Make sure to give a look at our dedicated section as we will bring you everything you need to know about every NBA 2K release, news, MyTeam tips and more.
