How To Play New World Season 4 PTR

If you own a copy of New World, you will be able to find the PTR client in your Steam library, just below the main game. You need to download and install it separately, which may take some time and space.

Once you run the PTR client, you can log in with your regular account and choose a server between the U.S. East and Central Europe. However, keep in mind that they may have long queues or technical issues, so be patient.

On PTR, you can create a new character or copy your existing one from the main game. You can also instantly level your character to specific level ranges and access the new content. You can also explore new quests and regions, and you can also experience the changes made to the combat system, the crafting system, and the end-game activities.

However, keep in mind that PTR is not the final version of the game, and it may have bugs, errors, or crashes that can affect your gameplay. It may also have different settings and rules than the main game, such as increased drop rates or reduced cooldowns.

Moreover, your progress and achievements on PTR will not carry over to the main game as it is only meant for testing purposes, not for permanent gameplay. PTR servers are only active and accessible during testing periods, so make sure to play as soon as possible and provide feedback to the developers.
