New World Year of the Dragon i.e. Lunar New Year event has been revealed. Here is everything we know about it.

New World Year of the Dragon event will begin soon, giving players a chance to celebrate the Lunar New Year. They will be able to engage in festive-themed activities and earn multiple rewards, including gear, outfits, and more.

As per the official blog, the event will take place in Ebonscale Reach and here is everything you need to know about it, including its schedule, activities, and rewards.

New World Year Of The Dragon Lunar New Year Event Dates

New World Year of the Dragon event will run from February 7 to 20, and all players who have access to Ebonscale Reach, which is a level 51-60 zone in the northwest of Aeternum.

New World Year Of The Dragon Event Activities & Rewards

The Year of the Dragon event consists of three main activities that players can engage in at Ebonscale Reach. You can find the details below along with the list of rewards you will get:

Longtable Banquet

Players can gather ingredients and cook special dishes that grant multiple buffs to players. You can find the list of dishes below:

• Spicy Hot Pot: Grants +25% Faction Token gain and +15% Gathering yield.
• Platter and Pots: Four different attribute raising food.
  • Roasted Gnufish: Strength +40
  • Fried Albenaja: Dexterity +40
  • Smoke Rib Cap with Cabbage and Barley Soup: Constitution +24, Focus +16
  • Pork Belly Fried Rice: Constitution +24, Intelligence +16
• Steamed Ration: A bundle of recovery food.
  • 3 Hearty Meals
  • 1 Energizing Hearty Meal

Each dish has a 1-day cooldown.

Tribute Offering

Players can collect heirlooms from the corrupted enemies and offer them at the Tribute Table. You will have to offer two of these heirlooms: Jade Bracelet, Ancient Scroll, and Century Wine at 1 of 3 rotating POIs each day:

• Skysong Temple, Elevated Central Path
• Serenity Outpost, Upper Deck
• Imperial Palace, Waterfall platform

Once you offer two heirlooms and a tribute dish, you will receive 1 Fortune’s Gift Sack as Dragon’s Blessing. The Corrupted Maiden boss will then appear to snatch your blessing and you will have to defeat her to receive named Dynasty New Year Gear (1 out of 5 Heavy Armor pieces, 675 Gear Score, upgradeable):

• Dragonscale Helmet
  Dragonscale Breastplate
  Dragonscale Gauntlets
  Dragonscale Trousers
  Dragonscale Greaves

Firework Ceremony

Players can enjoy a nightly fireworks show at the town of Fortune’s Crossing. 

Fortune’s Gift Sack Gathering

Players will be able to get 1 Fortune’s Gift Sack from the Gift Sack pile and 2 in the tribute daily. Daily rewards reset at 5 AM local time and you can have a look at the list of rewards below:

• 15 Dark Matter
• 1 Pristine Gem
• 2 to 3 Dyes
• 10 Silk
• Gift of Fortune (88 Coins)
• 3 Large Dragon Fish
