Persona 3 Reload isn't just a simple remake of the 2006's Persona 3. It's a diligent reimagining with a plethora of new gameplay mechanics that should delight both newcomers and veteran fans. One such new mechanic is Theurgy, which is basically the ultimate ability of a character.

Every party member starts with a single Theurgy skill but gains another as the story progresses. Additionally, the protagonist can wield and swap between multiple Theurgy skills. What's most interesting is that the condition for filling up the Theurgy gauge for every character varies depending on that character's nature. 

Knowing how to fill up the Theurgy gauge and which Theurgy skill to use is essential to overcome some of the most challenging encounters in Persona 3 Reload. In this guide, we highlight all Theurgy skills in Persona 3 Reload and how to activate them.

Aigis Orgia Mode Heavy Pierce dmg to all foes, ignoring resistances. Ignores orders for a time. After using physical skills, her drive to complete her mission intensifies.
Aigis Maximum Firepower Deals severe Pierce damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. After using physical skills, her drive to complete her mission intensifies.
Akihiko Lightning Spike Deals heavy Electric damage to all foes, ignoring resistances. Can afflict Shock. After strengthening himself, his fighting spirit rises.
Akihiko Electric Onslaught Severe Elec damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. High chance of Shock. After strengthening himself, his fighting spirit rises.
Aragaki Bleeding Fury Deals severe Strike damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. Once his HP is less than half, his determination ignites.
Amada Divine Retribution Deals severe Light damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. Once his SP is less than half, his competitiveness is incited. 
Amada Divine Intervention Revives party, fully restores allies' HP, and will reflect 1 attack. Once his SP is less than half, his competitiveness is incited. 
Fuuka Revelation Grants 1 random enhanced positive effect to allies. After analyzing an enemy, her yearning for her friends' trust grows.
Mitsuru Blizzard Edge Deals severe Ice damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances.  After weakening enemies or inflicting an ailment, her will burns brighter. 
Mitsuru Blade of Execution Massive Almighty damage to 1 foe and decreases all of their stats. After weakening enemies or inflicting an ailment, her will burns brighter. 
Junpei Hack n' Blast Deals severe Slash damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. After landing a critical hit, he becomes motivated by his own potential.
Junpei Blaze of Life Massive Fire damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. Fully restores user's HP.  After landing a critical hit, he becomes motivated by his own potential.
Koromaru Hounds of Hades Deals severe Dark damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. After exploiting an enemy's weakness, his will to fight grows.
Koromaru Power Howling Next physical attack will deal more than double the damage for all allies. After exploiting an enemy's weakness, his will to fight grows.
Yukari Cyclone Arrow Deals severe Wind damage to 1 foe, ignoring resistances. After healing someone, her desire to prevent death strengthens.
Yukari Tranquility Next magic attack will deal more than double the damage for all allies.  After healing someone, her desire to prevent death strengthens.
Protagonist Cadenza Restores 50% HP and increases Accuracy/Evasion for all allies. After summoning a Persona, power within gradually enhances.
Protagonist Jack Brothers Deals medium Almighty damage to all foes. High chance of inflicting Down. After summoning a Persona, power within gradually enhances.
Protagonist King and I Heavy Ice damage to all foes, ignoring resistances. Medium chance to freeze. After summoning a Persona, power within gradually enhances.
