Niantic has officially confirmed the next season for Pokémon GO, Rising Heroes, which sees plenty of Pokémon, Raids, events, and rewards to look forward to. This season also hit the reset button for the GO Battle League before the new competitive season begins.
Each GO Battle League sees new and returning leagues and cups, with a handful of seasonal cups occurring this season. We'll look at the upcoming competitive season, including date, time, league schedule, rewards, and more for Pokémon GO.

Pokémon GO Battle League Season 14 – Start Date & Time

Pokémon GO developer Niantic announced details for the forthcoming GO Battle League season ahead of the Season of Rising Heores' launch. As such, Trainers should note that the new season of GO Battle League will begin on 1st March 2023 at 1 pm PST (GMT -8).
This will see end-of-season rewards be handed out, and your GO Battle League season rank will be reset. However, your rank-up requirement will remain the same for the new season once the GO Battle League: Mythical Wishes commences.
Pokémon GO Battle League Season 14 – League Schedule
With the new season ushering a wave of changes to Pokémon GO, the GO Battle League will see a refresh on various leagues, which can be found in-game from the GO Battle League hub page. This will include the seasonal Spring Cup: Great League Edition and the Catch Cup: Rising Heroes Edition to celebrate the game's new season and the Spring season.

Pokémon GO Battle League Season 14 – GO Battle Days

Two GO Battle Days have been scheduled for the upcoming GO Battle League season, which will take place throughout the season. According to Niantic, the first GO Battle Day for the new season will start on 25th March 2023 at 12 am local time before ending at 11:59 pm local time.
This GO Battle Day will include Timed Research tasks and rewards inspired by Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/BDSP character Palmer. Those who've received the cosmetic rewards at Rank 20 won't receive these rewards again.
The second GO Battle Day will take place on 14th May 2023 between 12 am and 11:59 pm local time with paid-themed Timed Research tasks, which will award you Stardust, available for $1,00 or equivalent to your local currency. You'll also receive Stardust four times as win rewards, with the max cap on sets to be played increased from five to 20 for 100 battles.
Pokémon GO Battle League Season 14 – League Rewards
Throughout the GO Battle League season, you can gain experience for every five matches played and whether you've won or lost the matches. All Trainers begin at Level 5 and must progress through the league until Level 20, which will unlock various Pokémon you earn encounters with.

- Veteran Rank (2,500 Rating): Noibat

- Level 1: Electabuzz*, Meditite*, Poliwag*, Ponyta*, Wingull*
- Level 6: Frillish*, Skarmory*
- Level 11: Dratini*, Lapras*, Lickitung*, Mareanie, Onix*
- Level 16: Hisuian Sneasel, Scraggy, Snorlax
- Level 20: 5-Star Raid Boss
- Ace Rank (2,000 Rating): Axew

Once you've ranked up, you can still encounter other Pokémon featured in the Rank-up and standard GO Battle League encounters. After achieving Level 19, you can also receive an Elite Fast TM, and an Elite Charged TM as additional rewards for the season.
