Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons - Start Date, Shiny Spawns, Raids & More

Recently, Pokémon GO Trainers got to partake in various Halloween-themed events that brought around new and older Ghost and Dark-type Pokémon. With October 2022 gone, Niantic has equally a lot more installed for November 2022. In saying so, Niantic's latest upcoming event is Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons 2022, which features all of the hungriest Pokémon like Guzzlord, Lickitung, Snorlax, and more.

That said, this guide details all the various features of the Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event, including the start and end dates, catchable Pokémon, and of course, all the Raids that Trainers can tackle and defeat for some pretty fantastic rewards. 

Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons 2022 Start Date

First off, the Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event commences on Wednesday, 9th November 2022, at 10 am local time. Following this, the event concludes on Thursday, 17th November 2022, at 8 pm local time. This schedule provides players with roughly over a week to fully catch all the featured Pokémon during the event while relishing the features that come and collecting the rewards that follow. 

Greedy Gluttons 2022 Raids in Pokémon GO

One of the key aspects that arrives with the Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event is the Ultra Beast Guzzlord, emerging from various Ultra Wormholes around the world. Alongside Guzzlord, Trainers will get to see and catch various hungry Pokémon like Snorlax, Mega Gyrados, and Lickitung.

Here are all the featured Raids happening during the limited-time period of the Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event, including information detailing Shiny versions of these Pokémon.

• 1-Star Raid - Mankey with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 1-Star Raid - Swinub with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 1-Star Raid - Spoink with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 1-Star Raid - Tepig with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 3-Star Raid - Snorlax with Shiny variant -9th to 17th November 2022
• 3-Star Raid - Mawile with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 3-Star Raid - Swalot - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 3-Star Raid - Sharpedo - 9th to 17th November 2022
• 5-Star Raid - Guzzlord - 8th to 23rd November 2022
• Mega Raid - Mega Gyrados with Shiny variant - 9th to 17th November 2022

It's worth noting that Guzzlord will be seen across 5-Star Raids much longer than any of the Pokémon during the event, so Trainers should have a much easier time catching the Ultra Beast in Pokémon GO. Well, that's saying they don't miss any Curve Throws.

Greedy Gluttons 2022 Wild Encounters in Pokémon GO

Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event will also feature some of the hungriest Pokémon appearing in Wild Encounters. Here's a list of some of the Pokémon that Trainers can find around their neighborhood during the event. Do note that all of these Pokémon will be featured from 9th to 17th November 2022 unless adjusted otherwise.

• AlolanRattata with Shiny variant
• Alolan Raticate
• Golbat
• Swinub with Shiny variant
• Pelipper
• Gulpin
• Bidoof with Shiny variant
• Bibarel
• Skwovet
• Lickitung with Shiny variant
• Snorlax with Shiny variant
• Swalot

During the Pokémon GO Greedy Gluttons event, Lickitung, Snorlax, and Swalot will not be seen often, as they're rare Wild Encounters, so Trainers should keep their eyes peeled while strolling around.

From November 9 through November 17, Snorlax, Lickitung, Mega Gyarados, and more will appear during the Greedy Gluttons event!

Additionally, there'll be some Pokémon acquirable specifically through 7KM Eggs. These Pokémon are Cherubi, Gible, and Munchlax, which all possess Shiny variants. That said, there'll also be a special event bonus. Trainers will have the Hatch Distance reduced by half for their first three Eggs during the event, using the Pokémon GO Egg hatching widget. The widget is available on iOS and Android devices.
