You can't directly acquire Battle Bond Greninja in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and will have to transfer a Greninja with Battle Bond via Pokémon Home in order to use it. Yes, unfortunately, the Greninja Tera raid battle does not come with Battle Bond. So the only method to add a Greninja with the Battle Bond ability to your Pokémon Scarlet and Violet file will be via a Pokémon Home transfer. 

The Tera Raid boss Greninja can still be bred but will only have access to its basic abilities, such as Torrent or Protean. Speaking of which, Protean has also been nerfed in this generation to activate only once per switch in.
