Cramorant Locations In Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Tons of new and returning Pokemon can be found in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet the Teal Mask DLC. While traveling across the new area of Kitakami and battling powerful trainers, players will also be tasked with completing their Kitakami Pokedex. One of the returning faces players will be excited to see is Cramorant.

Cramorant is an odd Pokemon with a unique skill set that many fans enjoy seeing (especially when it manages to fish up a Pikachu). So, if you are curious to learn more, we have the answers you need.

This article will cover how to get Cramorant in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet the Teal Mask DLC.

Unfortunately, not all players will be able to access Cramorant so easily. This is because Cramorant is exclusive to Pokemon Scarlet. Pokemon Violet players will need to trade with a friend if they want to acquire this Pokemon.

Thankfully Pokemon Violet players and those who did not purchase the DLC can still acquire Cramorant. In fact, those who did not purchase the DLC can obtain all the new and returning DLC Pokemon by trading with friends.

Pokemon Scarlet players, on the other hand, can find Cramorant all over Kitakami. Cramorant can be found in the following locations:

  • Fellhorn Gorge
  • Kitakami Wilds
  • Oni Mountain
  • Paradise Barrens
  • Timeless Woods
  • Tera Raid Battles: 4 *

Cramorant has no evolution but does have some alternate forms. When using Surf or Dive, Cramorant will change to either its Gulping or Gorging form. If Cramorant has over 50% Max HP, it will enter Gulping Form. If it has less than 50% max HP, it will enter Gorging Form.

When hit in either of these forms, it will shoot out its collected prey, dealing 1/4th of the enemy's maximum HP in damage. In Gulping form, it will also lower the enemy's defense by 1 stage, while in Gorging form, it will paralyze the opponent.

Cramorant has average stats across the board. However, we recommend adding it to your party simply for its form-change animation alone. Watching this Pokemon try to devour a Pikachu before spitting it back at the opponent is hilarious to watch and a unique design not seen anywhere else.

And that is everything you need to know about how to get Cramorant in the Teal Mask DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Good luck out there Trainers!
